Congratulations to the FBLA members who competed at the 2024 FBLA State Leadership Conference in April! Eight students competed in seven events at the State Leadership Conference. Four students earned state awards! The students will advance to the National FBLA State Leadership Conference and will compete this summer in Orlando, Florida!

Congratulations to the FBLA members who competed at the 2024 FBLA Regional Leadership Conference on January 26th! 15 students competed in 17 events at the Regional Leadership Conference. Six students earned regional awards and will advance to the FBLA State Leadership Conference on April 12th and April 13th in Reston, Virginia!

Congratulations to FCHS's American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) Chapter for winning the annual AIAS Honor Award! The award recognizes outstanding achievements by students, educators, and practitioners who have exhibited an exemplary commitment to the education and development of architecture. Falls Church High School will be recognized on a national level at the FORUM conference in New Orleans, LA. Falls Church is the first high school ever to receive this award in the history of AIAS and the American Institute of Architects(AIA)!

FCHS First Robotics Competition Team 6504 earned an Alliance Captain position and placed 14th out of 40 teams in the playoffs!

Congratulations to Elizaveta Plis, FCHS' first-ever Grand Prize Winner in the FCPS Regional Science & Engineering Fair! The 68th annual Fairfax County Regional Science and Engineering Fair showcased over 300 high school science projects on March 17, 2023. The Grand Prize Winners are eligible to compete in the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair in May!

Nine students earned regional awards! Six students will advance to the FBLA State Leadership Conference on March 31st and April 1st in Reston, Virginia!

Congratulations to DECA members that competed at the 2023 DECA State Leadership Conference in Virginia Beach! Three students competed at the conference.

The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards were founded in 1923 and, for nearly a century, have inspired bold ideas in creative teens throughout the country. This year there were approximately 3,488 individual entries and 106 portfolios submitted across the Fairfax County region. The Fine Arts Department is proud to announce that Falls Church High School had 4 student entries that received honors.

Congratulation to Falls Church's 2022-2023 Outstanding Employees! Falls Church recognized the Outstanding Teacher, New Teacher, Leader, Professional Employee, and Operational Employee!

FCHS Digital Arts students competed in the Technology Arts Competition in Herndon, Virginia. This competition was sponsored by the Haweye360 and presented by Arts Herndon and Fairfax County Public Schools. Several students were recognized and awarded for their technology skills and creative artwork.
