Falls Church HS web curator Ms. Angel Mason, along with Falls Church HS Principal Ben Nowak (left), receives her Best of the Web framed certificate from John Torre, Executive Director II, Communication & Community Relations. The Falls Church website was recognized at the 2018 Web Curator's Conference for the school that best utilizes the platform's blog feature.

Congratulations to our school website and school web curator Ms. Angel Mason. The Falls Church HS website was one of ten recognized schools at this year's FCPS Web Curator's Conference with its "Best Use of Feature" tool to spotlight student successes and other happenings within the school.

Below is the write-up that was read as Ms. Mason received her award.

Ms. Angel Mason has recruited several students to post blogs on the school’s website. Consequently, there are lots of blogs—eight since this school year started. One of our favorite blogs was a review of homecoming week. The student who wrote the blog included photos for each of the spirit days during the week, including toga day, hippie day and class color day.
