Ms. Gabi Ritchey has accepted the position of Assistant Principal at Falls Church High School! This past year, Ms. Ritchey served as the Systems of Support Advisor (SOSA) and a member of the Administrative Team at FCHS. Her leadership positively impacted student academics, behavior and wellness, relationships with parents and the community, and graduation rates.

Prior to joining FCHS, Ms. Ritchey served as a Mathematics and Leadership Teacher at Marshall High School and a Math Resource Teacher at Chantilly High School.

Ms. Ritchey excels in the areas of high-quality instruction, the work of collaborative teams with a focus on student academic progress, and fostering a positive school climate by building trust with all stakeholders. She will be supervising the Math and World Language departments and will serve as a mentor to our new SOSA.
