This was message sent to specified students from the below groups to return tentatively on October 26, 2020 in-person.

  • Students with Limited or Interrupted Formal Education (SLIFE), Recently-Arrived English Learners (ELs) in Grades 9-12
  • Students with Intellectual Disabilities (ID

Students returning for in-person instruction will be based on the choices you made in the FCPS July survey. If you chose virtual instruction for your child, we will continue to honor that choice. If your circumstances have changed, we will try to accommodate your request based on staff and space availability. Please contact Peter Lake no later than Tuesday, October 6, at [email protected] 703-618-5702 with any change request.

During this transition we will strive to minimize impacts to student scheduling and teacher assignments, however some students may experience a change in schedule or class assignment due to the compounding impacts of any shift in student or staff status.

Thank you for your support and cooperation as we continue on this journey to deliver the best instruction for all FCPS students.
